Common questions

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Loop, go to Settings → Delete Account. Your account and content are removed from our live database immediately. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups roll off within about 30 days. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I sign in?

Loop uses Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In — there's no separate password to remember, and we never see or store one. If you're having trouble signing in, email us and we'll sort it out.

A reminder didn't arrive. What happened?

Push notifications depend on Apple's Push Notification Service, iOS system state, and your network. Make sure notifications are enabled for Loop in iOS Settings → Notifications → Loop. If they still aren't landing, let us know.

Is my data private?

Yes. Loop has no ads, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers. Your data lives on your device and on your account. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
